WHAT WE SHIP
Exotic Cropz ships branded merchandise (apparel, accessories) to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship cannabis products — cannabis is available for in-store purchase only at our Colorado Springs, CO location.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
- Standard Shipping (5-8 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Free Shipping: On merchandise orders over $75
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand during limited drops.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at info@exoticcropz.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and any photos of damage. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently ship internationally. U.S. addresses only.
