RETURN & REFUND POLICY

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

We want you to love your Exotic Cropz gear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Proof of purchase required (order confirmation email or order number)

To start a return, email us at info@exoticcropz.com with your order number and reason for return.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? Email us at info@exoticcropz.com and we'll get you sorted. Exchanges are subject to availability.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Received something damaged or defective? Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after 30 days

CANNABIS PRODUCTS

All cannabis sales are final. Cannabis products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to state and local regulations. All sales are made in compliance with Colorado law.
